Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase is not required to enter or win. Purchasing services will not increase the odds of winning beyond the additional entries awarded under these Official Rules.
1. Sponsor
The Doolittle Solar Cleaning Homeowner Appreciation Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Doolittle Solar Cleaning (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
All qualifying services must be completed during the Promotion Period to receive entries.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of California who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, and individuals residing in the same household as the owner of Doolittle Solar Cleaning are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. Entry Limits
- There is no limit to the number of qualifying service entries an eligible participant may earn.
- There is no limit to the number of referral entries an eligible participant may earn.
- Limit one (1) free Alternate Method of Entry per person during the Promotion Period.
- Each qualifying service may earn entries only once.
- Each referred customer may only be credited to one (1) referring individual.
5. How to Enter
Eligible participants may earn entries during the Promotion Period in any of the following ways:
A. Qualifying Services
Receive ten (10) entries for each qualifying service completed by Doolittle Solar Cleaning during the Promotion Period.
Qualifying services include, but are not limited to:
- Solar panel cleaning
- Exterior window cleaning
- Roof cleaning
- Bird proofing (critter guard)
- Permanent lighting installation
- Christmas light installation
- Any other qualifying service offered and completed by Doolittle Solar Cleaning during the Promotion Period.
Each qualifying service completed under a separate invoice or line item earns ten (10) entries.
Examples:
- One solar panel cleaning = 10 entries
- One exterior window cleaning = 10 entries
- Solar panel cleaning + exterior window cleaning = 20 entries
- Solar panel cleaning + window cleaning + bird proofing = 30 entries
B. Referral Bonus
Receive ten (10) additional entries for each new customer you refer who:
- Books one or more qualifying services during the Promotion Period;
- Identifies you as the referring customer before or at the time of booking; and
- Successfully completes at least one qualifying service during the Promotion Period.
Each successful referral earns ten (10) additional entries.
There is no limit to the number of successful referrals that may earn entries.
If multiple individuals claim the same referral, Sponsor will determine the eligible referring individual based on the information provided at the time of booking, and Sponsor’s decision shall be final.
C. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To receive one (1) free entry without purchasing a qualifying service, eligible individuals may hand print their full name, mailing address, phone number, email address (if available), and date of birth on a plain 3″ × 5″ card and mail it in a standard envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2026, and received by September 7, 2026.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person during the Promotion Period.
Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, automated, illegible, incomplete, or duplicate mail-in entries are void.
6. Qualifying Services
A “Qualifying Service” means any service offered by Doolittle Solar Cleaning that is booked, fully completed, and paid for during the Promotion Period.
Each qualifying service completed earns ten (10) entries.
Multiple qualifying services completed for the same customer each earn ten (10) additional entries.
Canceled appointments, unpaid invoices, estimates, consultations, gift certificates, and services not completed during the Promotion Period do not qualify.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a prize with a maximum retail value of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000 USD).
Following verification, the winner may select one (1) of the prize options offered by Sponsor at the time the prize is awarded, which may include:
- Disney Gift Cards (up to $1,000)
- Universal Gift Cards (up to $1,000)
- Airline Gift Cards from a major U.S. airline selected by the winner (up to $1,000)
- Costco Shop Card (up to $1,000)
- Visa Gift Card ($1,000)
The prize will be awarded only to the verified winner and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
If any advertised prize option becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize option of equal or greater value.
If the winner declines all available prize options, declines to accept the prize, or fails to select a prize within fourteen (14) days after verification, the prize will be deemed forfeited, and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules.
Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
8. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period within approximately seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.
9. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided at the time of entry.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days after the first notification attempt, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
10. Verification
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant, the completion of qualifying services, the validity of referrals, and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding any prize.
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information, attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Promotion, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, government action, or any other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and resolve any disputes arising from the Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Doolittle Solar Cleaning, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
13. Privacy
Information collected through this Promotion will be used for administering the Promotion, contacting entrants regarding the Promotion, and otherwise in accordance with applicable law.
14. Facebook & Instagram Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
15. Governing Law
This Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
